All other teachers
Have your children ready with their togs on under their clothes before lunch.
Organise them appropriately so that they can put their clothes shoes and a towel in a class line.  Location: as per emergency drill – pre numbered chairs will be put out for you. We can use the blue tarpaulins if you don’t want to put clothing onto the grass.
This area is the Spectator Zone.

When you are called (by Karina)
take your class through the exit (by Felicity)
to the pre start zone (Gill)

Start Order
Middle School
Once you have dropped off all your clothing go directly to the pre start zone.  You are welcome to group children who want to do the event together or race against each-other (do not leave this until you get to the start area – we can’t afford any hold ups)

Junior School
Once you have arrived at the spectator zone keep your class together while you watch the first middles finish.  Children could keep warm with a towel or have their top on.  When Karina calls you be ready to leave towels and tops with other class clothing.  You are welcome to group children who want to do the event together or race against each-other (do not leave this until you get to the start area – we can’t afford any hold ups)

Seniors
Clothing left in class lines
Triathlon lap counters first
All other duathlon competitors second

Senior Triathlon
Bikes and gear organised in the transition zone by 12:30 pm
Waiting, watching and helping until your event is called.

Once your class has raced – use your discretion
Stay in the spectator zone dry off and put clothes over damp togs (if it’s sunny)
Leave by the exit, get changed and return to watch other events (if it’s cold)
Spectate from the fitness course and keep in the shade

Remember – sunscreen – sun hats – cover up once your race is over

Karina – start calling junior class numbers once the first 40 children have finished the race (remind them about leaving clothing and shoes behind)

Gill – Organise classes into boy girl lines – send a class at a time into the pool zone to sit on the grass before their race.
Instructions
