What is important is that all placings are accurate.

Centrals Selection
The selection of a team for the Centrals is based on the performance of any individual compared to their respective age group.
And - the philosophy of giving as wide a range of students the opportunity to represent their school.
Students and Parents - Please Note:
The swim for the Centrals Triathlon is a serious 75 metres of swimming in deep cold water. This swim is a test of individual character as much as individual swimming ability.
Our school triathlon is a good indicator of our best runners and cyclists but it is does not provide an adequate challenge for the swim component when compared to the Centrals Triathlon.
Some children who performed well in our school triathlon might not be able to swim sufficiently well to enter the Centrals.
